Welcome to the new family :)
Redworms are nice friends for your aquaponics. ;) Yes, it is said would help to provide nutrients for plants. Hmm.. actually it is not providing but as the accelerator to absorb the nutrients from the water. Otherwise, the water will bring along all the essential nutrients back to the pond, which means your plants have nothing to eat! Hence redworms are something you should not overlook for your aquaponics.
